Our Vision

Hypso was born from a personal realisation by our founder, Steve Kouloumendas, who witnessed firsthand the costly disconnect between executive leadership and delivery teams within large defence organisations. Having spent decades navigating complex programs and leading high-performing teams, he saw the recurring patterns of budget overruns and delays stemming from this very gap. This experience ignited a passion to create a solution – a way to elevate the strategic perspective and foster true collaboration, whilst not losing sight of the detail that enables tangible results for all stakeholders - on time and on budget.
